Fred Guttenberg, the father of Parkland victim Jaime Guttenberg, introduced “Jaime’s Law” aimed at curbing gun violence through universal background checks for the sale of gun ammunition.

In 2018, there were 307 mass shootings in the United States!

Twenty-three of those were school shootings where someone was hurt or killed.

That averages out to more than three school shootings a month!

Incredibly over the past three years, the US has had 57 times as many school shootings as other major industrialized nations.

This insanity and series of national tragedies have to stop now!

Orange Ribbons For Gun Safety’s mission is to reduce gun violence by advocating for policies and candidates who believe in common-sense gun safety and to make the Orange Ribbon the symbol of the gun safety movement.
